Who or what is God?

The ever-present, eternal One Life that transcends what is subject to birth and death. Some people call it The Source, Being, Universal Power or Life Force, Allah, Father, The Almighty, The Divine, The Maker, Yahweh, Johovah, the Creator and there are more. It is infinite and not a finite entity and does not need a religion for you to be present in the energy and greatness of its realm. It is not a person, but is present in every person and everything. It is indestructible and invisible. For now let's call it the Universal Force of Life.

You can tap into the UFL, not by looking outwards, but by directing your consciousness inward when the mind is still. In meditation, prayer, silence, stillness you can access it as your own deepest self. But don't let your mind interrupt. You cannot access the UFL by thinking about or trying to understand it with your mind. It is only when your attention is intensely focused on nothing and in the now that you can access it and find true peace. Those who live fully in that space are said to be the enlightened, like Jesus and Gautama Buddha.
