Strategy is the roadmap of a successful organisation. Am inclusive strategic planning process and strategy guides people throughout the organisation as they make decisions and allocate resources in order to accomplish key objectives.   Through sound strategising, people have a common belief system and sense of purpose which enables them to focus on priorities and get results.

As illustrated below we examine the strategy as one of four key elements of setting out the overall strategic direction of the organisation.  Firstly, we start with the mission of the organisation - the what to be achieved.  Understanding that relationships are vital, we look at the value network - with whom value will be created and captured.  From here we examine the how i.e. how resources should be allocated to accomplish the mission in the context of the value network.  

 

Through vision and incentives we answer the question why people in the organisation should feel motivated to perform at a high level. By defining mission, network, strategy and vision we work with leaders to establish a compelling strategic direction for businesses and organisations.
